Who We Are at Wolverine PI

We are a small, dedicated team of individuals with over 100 years of collective experience and an expansive network. Our mission is to save you time and money on your way to self-efficiency, so that long after our services are complete, your business has the tools to continue to thrive. 


We come from a variety of professional backgrounds, giving our team a broad skillset and range of accomplishments, including:

 

  • Operational Leadership: Extensive experience in managing complex production environments and leading large teams, resulting in reduced operational costs, increased revenue, and boosted EBITDA
  • Business Development / Strategy:  Development of business cases for facility expansion, consolidation, and relocation.  Full analytics from evaluating customer ship-to information to new facility selection.
  • Continuous Improvement & Lean Six Sigma: Deep expertise in implementing CI methodologies (DMAIC, Root Cause Analysis, CAPA), optimizing processes, and fostering a culture of operational excellence in diverse sectors like pharmaceuticals and automotive.
  • Strategic Project Management: Proven ability in new product launches, facility moves, location analysis, and managing projects from conceptualization through execution (including budget, resources, and timelines).
  • Cost Optimization & Business Case Development: Successfully identify, quantify, and implement corporate cost-saving initiatives, developing robust business cases with clear ROI.
  • Team Development & Mentorship: Strong aptitude for building, leading, and developing high-performing cross-functional teams and individuals.
  • Quality Control: Maintain quality standards through inspection and evaluation of raw materials.
  • Safety Compliance: Establish and improve safety processes to ensure a secure and productive work environment for all employees.
  • Performance Evaluation and Metrics: Establish KPIs and track performance to foster professional growth and accountability.
  •  Merchandising & Loss Prevention Expertise: Skilled in retail safeguards and merchandising oversight to protect assets and enhance profitability.
